How to Spiritually Decipher Your Dreams

Many Neuroscience Research Centers around the world are tracking and doing many scientific studies of COVID dreaming. Along with the uptick of UFO sightings, many people around the world are reporting increased vivid dreaming.
Are we only dreaming though? Our dreams can tell us a lot of what is happening within us and around us. We can have dreams of clarity, dreams of premonitions, insight dreams and messages or downloads from the other side.
Other side = Hidden/Invisible worlds.
Yes, there is another world(s) that exists other than our beautiful Planet Earth.
I’ve been tracking my dreams for the last five years. Five consistent years of writing my dreams upon waking to make sense of the messages, the meaning, and the downloads granted to me from the other side. They don’t make sense in the waking world on a surface level but when you go deeper, there are hidden messages there for you to decipher. And only you. Not me, not your significant other, not your therapist, you.
Our dreams are specific to each one of us. They show us our suppressed emotions, they express our deepest desires in movie format for those of us who are movie fanatics. Things will be shown to us on a deeper level than we have chosen to show to the world. They are our secret movies, where we are the leading star.
Over these last years, I’ve also taught myself to lucid dream. I can pull myself out of a dream pretty easily if I recognize I’m in one. From lucid dreaming, nightmares to sleep paralysis, the dream world comes in layers. We are only scratching the surface when we talk about the feeling of fear and anxiety from running around in our dreams or being chased. Most dreams are cryptic.
When I first started writing down my dreams, I had no clue where to start to begin making sense of them. All I knew was that:
My dreams were not to be taken at face value.
The people who showed up in my dreams represented the types of characteristics I wanted or needed to pay attention to.
I had to pay attention to the feeling of my dream versus the face value.
So I did what we all should do when we are looking for answers. I turned to Google.
I would first check a couple of different sites to feel the dream definitions of certain scenes in my dreams from a bathroom stall to sex with an acquaintance to cuts on my fingers. I began scanning these definitions until certain words or phrases popped out at me (like this bold font). As if they were calling to me.
One by one, I would scan different sites and let the words pop out to me to help me decipher my dreams and/or nightmares. After some time, it became so easy to plug in, ‘dream meaning of XYZ,’ into google and have Spirit present the meaning to me with ease.
From the first layer of certain scenes, I began to pay more attention to the layering of colors in my dreams. From shoes or names of certain people in my dreams to the places. I began to do Step 1 all over again in Google but with colors.
To decode or decipher your dream states is not hard, it’s a skill.
Many people turn to me to ask me to decode their dreams. Sometimes I oblige but other times I guide them in decoding their dreams. Some people are gung ho into taking these next steps in learning about themselves, others not so much.
Your dreams are there to tell you something. Call it a sign, a mystical occurrence, or subconscious manifestation, it’s yours, not anyone else’s.
It’s pretty simple once you break it down. If you cannot remember your dreams, ask your Higher Self for remembrance before you go to sleep the night before.
If you do not understand your dream (after you have put in the effort to try to decode it), ask your Higher Self for a dream of clarity from that dream. It’s that easy. Ask again, keep going and keep it simple and specific.
Here’s a cool tip. Before you go to sleep tonight, ask your Higher Self or your Higher Power, “Hey Higher Self, I’d love for you to K.I.S.S. me tonight. I would love for you to keep it simple and specific in my dreams, thank you.”
And I thank you for reading.
In Blessed Oneness.
